Earth Kitchen started as a boutique farm bistro serving authentic Mediterranean cuisine in 2013. As a residential homestay, we continue that tradition but have now added several home favourites to the menu.
Unlike a commercial establishment, we don't serve 10 mediocre dishes to our guests. Our table is graced by a select number of items, each prepared by the lady of the house, who loves to cook and bake, and is a perfectionist.
A hearty breakfast and a sumptuous dinner is included in the tariff. We do not offer home-cooked lunch. For guests who request it, we can arrange for lunch to brought from outside (there is a decent vegetarian restaurant and some local dhabas in Hesaraghatta).
The organic vegetables and fruits we grow on the farm find their way into our food - you will be surprised how good a freshly harvested salad tastes. As far as possible, we source all the other ingredients from farms in our neighbourhood, so our guests can enjoy pesticide free, wholesome cuisine.
